Good planning and control are essential to success of the system. An account manager coordinates the overall implementation and remains the key contact person at Multiport for the life of the system. A project leader from the purchaser will work closely with Multiport. The time commitment for the project leader will be considerable, growing from part-time at the beginning to full-time in the final stages of system implementation.
